Testing & Sampling
Whether you are a real estate agent looking to sell a property or a homeowner with allergy concerns, we offer air and carpet sampling to test for mold and other allergens. We use bulk, swab, or tape samples to identify the type of mold that may exist.

The air quality sampling process uses a containment system to extract the air from a given area, which is sent to our lab for testing. We recommend having your air quality tested if you have respiratory problems that may compromise your immune system.

If you see mold growing in your basement, we provide a full visual mold screening of your home for just $75 to look for any type of mold growth. The screening includes an assessment of your entire home, from the gutters to the kitchen sinks. You receive a full report with photographs of our findings.

In order to properly diagnose the mold and treat it properly, we also offer mold screenings with samples for $250. This includes the mold screening, one indoor sample, and one outdoor sample to serve as a control. Additional indoor samples are just $75 each.
